How to Start a Refund/Exchange:
For any return or exchange questions, simply send us an email with your name, order number, and a brief description of your request to support@pilateshoney.com. Our friendly team will get back to you as quickly as possible to assist.
We take pride in the quality of our products, ensuring that each item meets our high standards before it reaches you. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with pleasure! Please note, this policy does not cover general wear and tear over time.
What Items Are Returnable?
• Items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for return.
• They must be unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.
• Please note that postage is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
What Items Are Not Returnable/Refundable?
• Clearance and Sale Items are final and not eligible for return or refund. This includes any product purchased during a sale event.
• If an item becomes unavailable during a sale, don’t worry—refunds will be processed automatically.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please note that the cost of returning the product to us is at your own expense. Shipping for the exchanged items will also be at the customer's expense.
International Shipping
For our customers outside of the United States, please note that Pilates Honey is not responsible for any duties, import fees, or other charges that may be incurred when importing goods into your country.
